By the grace of Allah, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between BestCircle, represented by its Co-Founder and CEO, Dr. Tony Kakpovbia, and Sheikh Abdullah Al-Qahtani, a distinguished business leader and real estate investor in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Sheikh Abdullah Al-Qahtani brings over 46 years of experience in the real estate development sector through Al-Tatweer Real Estate Establishment, in addition to his previous role as General Manager of the business affairs of His Royal Highness Prince Mishaal bin Abdulaziz (may Allah have mercy on him). He also owns and operates several companies across diverse investment sectors.
